Terms and Conditions Delivery Service 1. Customers are advised to place order 1 day in advance 2. Little Flower Pot and Gifts will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under the following circumstances: a. Recipient is not present at the address given those hours during which deliveries was requested to take place b. The address given was incorrect or insufficient c. No such person at the given address d. No valid contact number was given to us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient in order to execute the order successfully
3. If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, the florist may choose to: a. Leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call the florist's shop and arrange a convenient time for redelivery b. Leave the arrangement with a neighbor and attach a note to the recipient's door stating who accepted the arrangement on their behalf c. If instructed by the customer, call the recipient first to arrange a delivery time
4. Little Flower Pot and Gifts will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery. However, we will try to accommodate delivery at exact timing as far as possible. 5. Prices quoted are not applicable for special occasions. For example, deliveries around Valentine’s Day or Mother’s day have different prices. 6. All information kept by us will be strictly confidential 7. In rare cases of delayed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, Little Flower Pot and Gifts will not be held liable for any claims. 8. At the moment, we are covering Putrajaya/Cyberjaya areas (free delivery) and Klang Valley areas (minimal delivery charges apply). 9. MINIMUM ORDER FOR FREE DELIVERY (PUTRAJAYA AND CYBERJAYA ONLY) IS RM100.00. 10. FOR ORDER MADE AFTER 10AM FOR THE SAME DAY DELIVERY, DELIVERY WILL BE AFTER 4PM. Refund Policy - In the event of any non-delivery, no requests for refund will be entertained due to the perishable nature of our products.
- Refusal of any item by the recipient will still be considered as delivered and no refund should be made.
- Should there be a request to redirect orders/change of time or day, there will be an additional delivery charge of RM15. (DELIVERY TIME IS BETWEEN 2PM - 4PM FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY)
- As our products are mostly perishable, please revert as soon as possible if there is a problem. All refund requests will be dealt on a case by case basis.

3. Orders will be confirmed and delivered when full payment is received. 4. Orders can be modified or changed by notifying us at litflowerpot@yahoo.com or order@littleflowerpot.com.my or by calling us at 8888 7177 / 019-251 7133 5. Cancellations are not allowed 6. Should there be a cancellation; the cost of the order will be forfeited 7. Payments can be made by cash, cash deposit (Maybank account) and through online banking (Maybank2U.com.my) 8.
